Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities :
– Manage recruitment and skills development (follow-up of personnel files (recruitment, training internships, professional discretion, resignations, paid leave, etc.).
– Supervise personnel administration (payroll, contracts, etc.)
– Ensure effective social dialogue with social partners
– Develop a training policy tailored to the company’s needs
– Implement initiatives to promote employee well-being and motivation.
Job requirements :
– Degree in human resources, labor law, or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
– Mastery of labor law and HR tools
– Ability to communicate and manage human relations
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
